Not all persons, companies, or organizations applying for membership will be inducted into the Union. The Union prides itself as a source of reliable information and being a referral platform that is trusted by the general public. The Union admits only those persons, companies, and organizations that have demonstrated integrity, good moral turpitude and ethical conduct throughout their business practices. All members must also meet the following criteria:
Mold Remediators
Shall have:
the field as a Mold Service Professional for a period of two
years or more.

Shall have:

Other Certified Mold Professionals

the field as a Mold Service Professional for a period of two
years or more.

Mold Lawyers
Shall have:
1. A copy of their license to practice law for each State
applicable
2. Have successfully litigated or settled five or more mold cases
3. Proof of E&O, D&O, or malpractice insurance Shall have: 1. A copy of their license to practice medicine for each State 2. Have successfully treated more than fifty mold exposed 3. Provide proof of malpractice insurance Preferred Supporters, Vendors, and Organizations To be inducted into the Union under this category it will be based upon: 1. Your business relationship to our industry 2. The length of time in business 3. Three trade references
